The very bedrock of FEMEA is its membership.  In fact, if only one reason could be given for the existence of the association, it would be for service to the membership.  Who is or is not a member of the association speaks volumes about an individual's concern and commitment toward music and music education and about the association's credibility in representing the music education profession.

As a component unit of the Florida Music Education Association (FMEA), members of the Florida Elementary Music Educators Association (FEMEA) must be members of FMEA and NAfME (The National Association of Music Educators).

Membership begins on July 1 and expires on June 30 of the following year.  Dues must be current to insure participation in the January Clinic-Conference.

Because FEMEA is a component organization of FMEA and NAfME, new memberships and renewals are done as part of your FMEA membership renewal.
